Description
The three buildings were constructed in 1987. Carmel Tech 1 is a 57,906 square foot flex building with 12 foot clear height and drive-in-doors. Carmel Tech 2 and 3 are mid-size distribution buildings with both dock and drive-in doors. Carmel Tech 2 is 73,657 square feet with 16 to 20 foot clear heights and Carmel Tech 3 is 76,735 square feet with 14 to 18 foot clear heights. All buildings are rear loading and are constructed with architectural panels and ample glass in the front and concrete block rear walls.
