Kevin McAndrews
President
Kevin McAndrews is Atapco Properties' President and has primary responsibility for Atapco's development and investment strategy and execution. He joined Atapco in 2002 as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development and was promoted to President in 2011.
Kevin began his career with Trammel Crow Company in Texas in 1983 and has held senior management positions with Philadelphia's Toll Brothers, New York's The Harlan Company and ran his own commercial real estate company for five years. His experience throughout his career has covered a broad spectrum of commercial real estate investment and development activity.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University and Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago.
Charles Baker, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
In Charles Baker's role as Chief Financial Officer of Atapco Properties, he is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including financial reporting, taxation, deal analysis, financing, and partnership compliance. He also serves as Vice President and Treasurer of American Trading and Production Corporation (Atapco), the parent company of Atapco Properties.
Charles began his career with the Black & Decker Corporation and spent ten years as Vice President and Controller, and later as Chief Operating Officer for a multinational manufacturer of security equipment that is now part of Honeywell. Prior to joining American Trading and Production Corporation, he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for a venture backed company in the telecommunications industry.
Charles received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Loyola University Maryland and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
Patrick T. Coggins, LEED AP
Vice President, Development
Patrick Coggins has primary responsibility for execution of Atapco's development efforts, including entitlements, site and building design and construction. Pat also has primary responsibility for Atapco's retail development projects from acquisition through leasing and sales. Additionally, Pat is LEED accredited and oversees Atapco's green building development strategy and execution.
Pat has over 30 years experience in the construction and real estate development industry, holding management positions in companies such as Greenberg-Farrow Architects, Faison Associates and Van-Metre Homes, along with working on such notable projects as Manhattan’s Citispire building, the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, and Loudoun County’s first LEED Gold Certified shopping center, East Gate Marketplace.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America and a Masters of Business Administration in Operations Management degree from Fordham University.
Maurice Dashiell
Vice President, Asset Management
Maurice is Vice President of Asset Management for Atapco. He is responsible for the operations, leasing and asset management of over two million square feet of office, industrial and retail space located at properties in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, North Carolina and Indiana.
Maurice has been with Atapco for over 22 years, serving as Vice President since 2009.
He graduated from Loyola College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1985 and received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the same college in 1995. Maurice is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of New Castle County, Delaware (CIRC).
Russel V. Powell
Vice President of Acquisitions
Russ serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for Atapco Properties. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating new development and investment opportunities for the company. Russ manages all new acquisitions from inception through contract stage, due diligence and closing. Russ also has primary responsibility for Atapco's residential lot development and apartment development efforts including entitlements, design, construction, marketing and sales.
Before joining Atapco in 2008, Russ worked for Toll Brothers for eleven years, starting as Land Acquisitions Manager and was later promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions for their Maryland Division.
Russ is a 1991 graduate of Penn State and has over 20 years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial sectors.
