Atapco Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Trading and Production Corporation (Atapco), is a Baltimore based full-service commercial real estate development company whose primary focus is the acquisition, development, leasing and management of premium office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Atapco has been in the real estate business for over five decades and currently owns and operates properties in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. Our portfolio averages upwards of two million square feet of existing building space and over 625 acres of land for future development.
