ATAPCO PROPERTIES SELLS CREEKSIDE VILLAGE APARTMENTS

Baltimore, MD (July 23, 2015) –Baltimore based real estate developer, Atapco Properties, is pleased to announce the $45.0 million sale of Creekside Village Apartments, a 208-unit luxury apartment community located on 8.3 acres in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

Creekside Village Apartments was completed in 2014 and offers spacious one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments with community amenities such as a clubhouse that includes a 24-hour fitness center, business center with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and splash park, BBQ area and fire-pit.  The apartment community is conveniently located in Northern Anne Arundel County, with close proximity to downtown Baltimore, Baltimore-Washington International Airport and Fort Meade.

Creekside Village was built to the highest of standards and has earned several awards and certifications; Creekside’s clubhouse earned LEED Silver certification from the United States Green Building Council and the apartments were certified as Bronze by the National Green Building Standard.  The project was also recently awarded an Excellence in Construction Award in the category of a new project over $10 million from the Baltimore chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors.
