FIVE GUYS AND VITAMIN SHOPPE OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR BUSINESS AT STEEPLECHASE 95

Baltimore, MD – Atapco Properties, Inc. (Atapco) is pleased to announce the opening of two new tenants at its Steeplechase 95 International Business Park project. Five Guys Burgers and Fries celebrated the opening of its Steeplechase location on February 22nd. The 2,710 SF restaurant offers fresh, made to order burgers, fries and hot dogs and features outside patio seating at this new location.

The Vitamin Shoppe officially opened its doors at Steeplechase on January 15th. The 3,039 SF store is part of the new 8,727 SF multi-tenant retail commercial building located within the business park. The Vitamin Shoppe is a national tenant with over 780 stores open nationwide..

Steeplechase 95, located directly off of Exit 13 of the Capital Beltway in Capitol Heights, Maryland, is the premier mixed-use business park in the market. The overall project consists of one million square-feet of flex, industrial and office space along with sixteen acres of retail space.

The new one-story multi-tenant building offers direct views from the 495/95 Capital Beltway, Ritchie-Marlboro Road and Hampton Park Boulevard and features high-quality design and façade features. This building is in addition to the existing retail within the Business Park that has already attracted national brands such as Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, Sonic, Tires Plus, Wawa and Navy Federal Credit Union.
