Atapco's Creekside Village is a 161 acre residential lot development project located in the Glen Burnie/Tanyard Springs area of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Howard Square is a mixed-use development conveniently located off of Route 1 in Elkridge, Maryland.  At full build out, the development will consist of approximately 409 townhomes, 600 apartments as well as retail and commercial sites.

8235 Patuxent Range Road is a Class-A warehouse redevelopment project located in the Baltimore Washington Industrial Park in Jessup, Maryland. 

Steeplechase 95 is a 110 acre mixed-use business park and retail center located in Capitol Heights, Maryland right off of I-95's Exit 13.  The business park can accommodate approximately one million square feet of office and warehouse space and the adjacent retail center consists of eight prime pad sites including a 26,000 square foot multi-tenant building. 

The Bishop's Gate property is approximately 140 acres of land located in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, less than a mile from I-295. The property's zoning allows for a wide range of uses (industrial, office, research center or lab) and can be developed into 800,000 square feet of office space. The Atapco managed "Vantage Place" property is a 166,656 square foot office building located in Nashville, Tennessee. The property features plentiful parking, a five story atrium and easy access to I-65, I-440 and I-24. 

Main Street Station is a 79,100 square foot neighborhood shopping center located in the western Loudoun County town of Purcellville, Virginia.  The property is situated on 8.9 acres and is comprised of a Giant grocery store, a Capital One bank and 20,101 square feet of additional retail space. 

Atapco's East Gate Marketplace, located in Chantilly, is Virginia's first LEED Gold Certified community shopping center and is anchored by a Harris Teeter grocery store and Walgreens Pharmacy and offers 40,000 square feet of small shop space as well as six pad sites. The project is located in Loudoun County's East Gate development at the newly completed intersection of Route 50 and Tall Cedars Parkway. Considered as the gateway into Loudon County and only five minutes south of Dulles International Airport, the East Gate area encompasses over 250 acres and over 3,000 existing and planned residences.
