DescriptionChristiana Executive Campus is one of Delaware's most successful corporate addresses. Strategically located off of Interstate 95 and only minutes from downtown Wilmington, Christiana Executive Campus offers 450,000 square feet of office space in a park-like setting on 42 acres. With flexible 22,000 square foot floor plans, each office building is able to efficiently accommodate the needs of small or large users. Six modern buildings were constructed between 1986 and 2000 and include four, three and two-story steel frame structures. The buildings' exterior skins are attractive sand molded brick (200, 220 and 240 Continental Drive), precast panels (111 and 131 Continental Drive) and manufactured insulated EFS panels (121 Continental Drive).
