Creekside Village is located on the northeast side of Marley Neck Boulevard in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
Description
Atapco acquired Creekside Village in early 2011. Creekside is a 161 acre residential lot development project consisting of 820 “for sale” lots and 208 apartments located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The Property is easily accessed by I-97, MD Route 2 and the Baltimore Beltway. It is approximately 12.5 miles from Fort Meade/NSA, which is experiencing rapid growth with the BRAC initiative. Creekside Village has direct frontage on Marley Neck Boulevard and is located next to the best-selling community in Anne Arundel County, Tanyard Springs. The overall sketch plan has received final approval and lot development is expected to begin in early 2012.
