The property is a 47 acre mixed-use development located in Howard County. Atapco is currently developing townhome lots at Howard Square for delivery to Ryan Homes. Howard Square is one of Ryan’s best-selling communities in the region and offers affordable townhomes with convenient access to I-95, Route 175 and Route 1.
At full build-out, Howard Square will be made up of approximately 409 townhomes and 600 apartments along with retail and commercial components. The first 296 apartments are currently in the design and approval stage, with construction expected to begin by fall of 2013.
