Atapco's East Gate Marketplace, located in Chantilly, is Virginia's first LEED Gold Certified community shopping center and is anchored by a Harris Teeter grocery store and Walgreens Pharmacy and offers 40,000 square feet of small shop space as well as six pad sites. The project is located in Loudoun County's East Gate development at the newly completed intersection of Route 50 and Tall Cedars Parkway.
