ATAPCO PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT

Baltimore, MD: Atapco Properties, a commercial developer and owner of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties in the mid-Atlantic region, recently promoted Kevin McAndrews as President of the company.
McAndrews replaces Atapco’s current President, Bob Aaron, who retired after more than 24 years with the company. He will have overall responsibility for the acquisitions, development and operations of the properties in Atapco’s portfolio.
Kevin McAndrews graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Brown University and a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from University of Chicago. Prior to coming on board with Atapco, McAndrews served as Vice President of Commercial Development at Toll Brothers Realty Trust.
McAndrews had been Vice President of Acquisitions at Atapco since 2002 and brings 28 years of commercial real estate experience to this position. His strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, demonstrated leadership and substantial track record of success will be a huge asset to the company, its employees and Atapco’s customers.
