Antrim Commons, a 400-acre rail-served business park, is located off of I-81 at Exit #3 in Antrim Township, Pennsylvania. The business park is strategically located in south central Pennsylvania’s logistics and distribution corridor, offering direct access and superb highway visibility and offers tremendous truck and rail access to all major east coast markets and ports.
The project will support up to 4 million square feet of large-box industrial, highway retail plus flex industrial uses. Immediately adjacent to Antrim Commons, Norfolk Southern’s 200-acre, $97 million, Franklin County Regional Intermodal Facility is integrated into the park, providing for direct access. The intermodal facility has the capacity to handle more than 85,000 shipping containers annually.
Antrim Commons is perfectly suited for both large and small industrial, commercial and highway retail users and offers build-to-suit options for long term lease or direct sale. The park includes Armada Supply Chain Hub Center– a 400,000 square foot refrigerated distribution building, Gate 7’s American headquarters, and a Sheetz gasoline/convenience store.
