Property Description

East Gate is a mixed-use project located in Loudoun County, Virginia.  In partnership with a local developer, Atapco assembled 170 acres and rezoned 130 acres to incorporate 600 townhome and condominium residential units, a 200,000 square foot Harris Teeter-anchored retail development and other commercial uses.

A national homebuilder purchased and has fully developed the East Gate residential property.  The East Gate development also consists of a Primrose School, a 233-unit to-be-developed Waltonwood Senior Living community, a to-be-developed luxury spa, a future hotel site, medical office, and additional retail space.

East Gate Marketplace, the commercial core of the East Gate Planning District, incorporates low impact environmental features and is LEED Gold certified. East Gate Marketplace features key national tenants including Starbucks, Harris Teeter, Wells Fargo, Jersey Mike’s, Dairy Queen, and Walgreens.
