Kristina Moore

Project Manager

Kristina joined the Atapco development team in 2012 as Assistant Project Manager, tasked with the oversight and management of tenant build outs, ranging from small retail tenant improvement work to complicated and time sensitive relocations, achieving various complex approvals and permits throughout the process.

Kristina was promoted to Project Manager in 2015, with the responsibility of managing all aspects of the development process, from design, entitlements, contract negotiation, permitting, construction management and occupancy.

Previously, she worked for John J. Kirlin Special Projects as an Assistant Project Manager.

Kristina graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture. She also has an Architectural Drafting Certification, Certification and received LEED A.P. BD+C.
