Tim Hogan

Tim Hogan currently serves as Director of Construction for Atapco Properties. He has been with the company since 2008 and is responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish. His responsibilities include participation in site identification and due diligence efforts, managing and coordinating the design teams and pre-construction engineering, negotiating entitlements, obtaining permits, estimating, bidding, awarding and administering subcontracts, scheduling, direction of onsite personnel, coordination of design and construction teams and tenant coordination.

Tim has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with 15 years in development and design-build. His project experience includes 5,000,000 square feet of industrial space as design team captain & project manager/senior project manager with several million additional square feet designed but not constructed. Tim has also designed/built 1,000,000+ square feet of office shell buildings and numerous tenant improvements. Completed projects include service stations, research laboratories, retail space, food service, tilt-up warehouse buildings, and federal, state and local government work.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
