ATAPCO PARTNERS WITH CENTERSTONE RESEARCH INSTITUTE ON LEASE EXPANSION AT VANTAGE PLACE

Nashville, TN– Atapco Properties (“Atapco”) is very proud to announce the expansion of their lease with Centerstone of America’s “Centerstone Research Institute” at its Nashville, Tennessee property, Vantage Place. Centerstone has more than doubled its footprint at Vantage Place, growing from just over 17,000 square feet to 51,125 square feet with this new lease expansion, accounting for over 30% of the building.

CRI was birthed out of Centerstone of America, the nation’s largest non-profit provider of community-based behavioral healthcare. CRI, initially formed as the research arm of Centerstone, became its own 501(c)(3) organization in 2001. However, CRI remains closely linked to Centerstone and is dedicated to improving the quality and effectiveness of care for individuals with mental health and addiction disorders and provides researchanalytics and evaluation services that help bridge the gap between the scientific discovery of effective treatments and the implementation of these treatments into standard clinical practice.
