Reservoir Square

Reservoir Square is the redevelopment of 8.1 acres located on North Avenue in West Baltimore, transforming a former neighborhood into attainable for-sale homes, street level retail, and office space. The project began in 2016, with the demolition of 24 existing buildings to make way for redevelopment. The new headquarters for the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED), slated to open in early 2026, will serve as an anchor for the 800 block of West North Avenue.  The state-of-the-art hub will consist of a four-story building encompassing 63,000 square feet, and a surface parking lot adjacent to the building. The facility will feature a state-of-the-art American Job Center with exciting new career skills-building classrooms, collaborative workspaces, and upgraded technology learning labs. The portfolio includes two properties located at 9690 Deereco Road and 375 West Padonia Road, which total 246,000 square feet on 11.8 acres. 9690 Deereco Road is an eight-story, 136,000-square-foot office building; 375 West Padonia Road consists of two stories totaling 110,000 total square feet. The 9690 Deereco Road building received internal and external amenity upgrades, completed in fall 2023.
