GSA Warehouse Greencastle, PA

This 32-acre property, purchased in 2021, is the home to a 253,000 square foot warehouse, leased to the General Services Administration. This site was selected based on a GSA search targeting the Interstate 81 corridor from Hagerstown, Maryland to Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The property was delivered in late summer 2023.

701 Griffith Rd Charlotte, NC

Located in the lower south end of Charlotte, North Carolina in Mecklenburg County, 701 Griffith is an existing industrial warehouse building currently leased to three tenants. Originally built in 1966 and renovated in 2000, this property is approximately 220,000 square feet and is situated on 13.2 acres of land. The site is currently zoned I-2, which is considered the broadest industrial zone and permits outside storage. This property is close to the light rail and may be rezoned in the future.

Trolley Lane Beltsville, MD

Located in the Ammendale Business Campus in Beltsville, Maryland, Trolley Lane is an approximately 86,000 square foot distribution warehouse building with two additional freestanding service garages totaling approximately 4,000 square feet. The original building footprint was expanded in 2019 and contains an additional acre of outside storage. This project was sold in 2022.

Nottingham Ridge Logistics Center, a 750,000 sf, Class A, industrial project developed by Atapco in White Marsh, MD, at the interchange of Interstate 95 and MD 43. The business park consists of 5301 Nottingham Drive, a single story, 165,000 sf building and 5300 Nottingham Drive, a 585,000-sf building, which was fully occupied by Amazon when sold in 2022. The buildings are ideally located for service oriented industrial tenants and ecommerce tenants seeking next day delivery. From purchase to sale, the development was completed in approximately eight months.
