ACQUISITION OF FOUR ACRE DEVELOPMENT PARCEL NEAR BWI AIRPORT TO BE THE LATEST ADDITION TO ATAPCO’S INDUSTRIAL PORTFOLIO

(JANUARY 17, 2020) Atapco Properties, Inc. (Atapco) has settled on the purchase of a four-acre parcel near Baltimore Washington International Airport. Atapco has plans to develop a 63,000 square foot warehouse at 852 International Drive in Linthicum Heights, MD.

 

The Project is located on the top side of the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, just off MD Route 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway).  It is two miles from I-95, 8 miles from downtown Baltimore, and 30 miles from downtown Washington, DC.

 

Brian Conklin, Vice President for Atapco Properties remarked, “the thesis for this investment is to bring new industrial product into a supply-constrained submarket that has older inventory, strong demand drivers and ample amenities”.
