ATAPCO PROPERTIES ACQUIRES RESIDENTIAL LOT COMMUNITY IN CHARLOTTE, NC

(November 14, 2025) Atapco Properties is proud to announce the acquisition of a 16.73-acre property in Charlotte, NC. This strategically located parcel will be developed into the Metro North Community, offering much-needed affordable new construction housing in the Charlotte metropolitan area.
