(November 17, 2023) Atapco Properties, Inc. (Atapco) has purchased 1104 S. Philadelphia Blvd., a 58,240 square foot flex office building in Aberdeen, Maryland. The 15-acre property includes the building and residual land for future development.

The flex office building is currently over 68 percent leased to two tenants servicing Aberdeen Proving Ground. Atapco has engaged Cushman & Wakefield to lease the remaining space.

The property’s location provides direct access to U.S. Route 40 and is in close proximity to both state Route 22 and Interstate 95.
