ATAPCO PROPERTIES LEASES AIRPORT CORPORATE CENTER

LINTHICUM, MD (November 14, 2022) After completing construction of this state-of-the-art Class A industrial building in June, Atapco and CBRE announced last week that the Class A building, located at 852 International Drive in Linthicum MD, has been fully leased. Catalent Inc’s Maryland division signed a lease for the 63,212 SF industrial tilt-up concrete building. Catalent, headquartered in New Jersey, is the global leader in enabling pharma, biotech, and consumer health partners to optimize product development, launch, and full life-cycle supply for patients around the world.

The 24 foot clear height building features 20 loading dock doors and two drive-in doors with a truck court depth of 120 feet.  It has an ESFR sprinkler system and 74 car parking spaces.

The 4-acre building site is located on the top side of the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, just off Baltimore-Washington Parkway, and just two miles from I-95.
