The Shoppes at East Gate also received a Special Exception approval to develop a Royal Farms convenience store gas station. Royal Farms is finalizing design for this project and it is expected to open in the Fall of 2017. Our partnership with ATAPCO has been vital in our ability to move into this area, and we look forward to a successful location”.

The remaining project is comprised of three pad sites and one 12,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building. Atapco Properties is currently in design and planning to break ground in early 2017. The anticipated completion date for the 12,000 square foot building is by end of 2017.
