ATAPCO PROPERTIES SELLS 251,000 SF GSA DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN PENNSYLVANIA

(November 13, 2025 – Baltimore, MD) Atapco Properties has completed the sale of a Class A, 251,000-square-foot GSA Distribution Center in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

“Completing the sale of this warehouse reflects the strength of the industrial market and the quality of the asset,” said Brian Conklin, Vice President of Acquisitions for Atapco Properties. “We are proud to have delivered this state-of-the-art logistics center.”

Atapco Properties originally acquired the 32-acre site in 2021 and developed the property as a build-to-suit project, completing the Class A warehouse in the summer of 2023.

The facility is secured by a 20-year lease with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).

Facility Highlights

The state-of-the-art logistics center features:

22,710 pallet spaces.
44 dock doors.
• Trailer parking for 286 semi-trailers.
• A dedicated maintenance workshop, including charging stations for electric forklifts and a specialized area for metalworking.
