ATAPCO PROPERTIES SELLS INDUSTRIAL BUILDING AT STEEPLECHASE 95

(JUNE 11, 2020 – WASHINGTON) – Atapco Properties announces the sale of Steeplechase Building H at 9300 Alaking Court in Washington, D.C. The 19,973-square-foot, last-mile Pepsi distribution facility is located within the Steeplechase 95 International Park, the premier industrial business park in the D.C. region. Atapco Properties completed construction of this state-of-the-art building in March 2019.
