Premium Yemeni Coffee House Opens at Verde at McCullough Station, Marking the Fourth Location in the Queen City
CHARLOTTE, NC – December 19, 2025 – Atapco Properties is proud to announce the soft opening of Haraz Coffee House at Verde at McCullough Station. Specializing in authentic Yemeni coffee and tea, the new café brings a unique cultural experience to the heart of University City.

Occupying a nearly 2,700-square-foot space, Haraz Coffee House combines traditional Middle Eastern flavors with a modern aesthetic. The interior features a sophisticated design characterized by white marble surfaces and intricate dark wood patterns—a nod to the rich heritage of Yemen. The menu features a wide array of specialty beverages, including traditional Yemeni pour-over coffee, spiced teas and matcha, house-made pastries, cold brews and specialty lattes. This opening marks Haraz Coffee’s fourth location in the Charlotte market, joining existing outposts in Ballantyne, Plaza Midwood, and South End. Since its 2021 debut in Dearborn, Michigan, the brand has rapidly expanded to more than 30 locations nationwide, driven by its mission to share Yemen’s centuries-old coffee culture with the world.
