Reservoir Square Baltimore, MD

Reservoir Square is the redevelopment of 8.1 acres located on North Avenue in West Baltimore. The project began in 2016, with the demolition of 24 existing buildings to make way for redevelopment. Phase I of the project, including new roads and over $1 million of public right-of-way improvements along North Avenue, began in the summer of 2022. The new development will provide a walkable community with increased green space including tree lined streets and a new neighborhood park. Phase II, which is in the early planning stages, is anticipated to include a mix of uses including office, grocer, retail, and apartments. 

Howard Square Townhomes Elkridge, MD

In 2010, Atapco acquired 43.2 acres fronting on Route 1 in Howard County, Maryland. Atapco redeveloped the property into three components: 424 forsale townhome lots, which were sold to NVR; Verde West, a 50/50 joint venture with Dolben Companies consisting of 299-LEED Platinum apartments; and Verde East, the final phase of the project, a 90/10 joint venture with Dolben Companies consisting of 344 luxury LEED Platinum apartments and 22,000 square feet of retail space.

Lomond Village is a 13-acre residential development project in Manassas, Virginia. Located in Prince William County, Lomond will be a walkable infill development with proximity to the local public transportation network with connections to the Pentagon and Washington, D.C. and proximity to Interstate 66. In addition to great commuter access, this development will also offer convenient retail, and proximity to many public and private schools. The property has been subdivided into 154 lots and is being developed for Ryan Homes. The lots will accommodate townhomes of varying sizes, ranging from 20’ wide, 24’ wide, and 2 over 2 condominiums.  

Westmoore at Moorefield Station Ashburn, VA

Westmoore at Moorefield Station is a 67 acre development in Loudoun County’s Ashburn, Virginia. The project was part of the Moorefield Conservancy purchased from the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation.. It consists of 599 luxury townhomes. The project is within .5 miles of the Ashburn Metro station and numerous bus routes, biking and walking trails. The project was designed to minimize vehicular traffic, encourage walking and the use of public transportation. Westmore is a highly desirable location for many professionals with proximity to public transportation and places of business.

Creekside Village Glen Burnie, MD

Located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, Creekside Village is a 161-acre residential development project consisting of 820 single family homes. The community offers exercise facilities, a 24/7 clubhouse with a business center, a pool, dog park, playgrounds, and barbecue courtyards. The development offers Craftsman style townhomes and single-family homes. The project was constructed to minimize traffic, encourage walking and the use of many recreational activities available within the community. The final lots were sold in March 2020.
