Located on 14.6 acres, 8235 Patuxent Range Road is a Class A, cross-dock, 32-foot clear height 242,000 square foot tilt wall industrial warehouse building in Jessup, MD. Upon completion, Atapco and its partner, Chesapeake Real Estate Group, sold the building to Principal Life Insurance Company. The project’s convenient location allows for immediate access to all of the major highways between Baltimore and Washington, DC and is less than 10 miles from BWI Airport and 17 miles from the deep water inland Port of Baltimore. The building received USGBC LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification in 2015.
