Creekside Village

Located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, Creekside Village is a 161-acre residential development project consisting of 820 single family homes. The community offers exercise facilities, a 24/7 clubhouse with a business center, a pool, dog park, playgrounds, and barbecue courtyards. The development offers Craftsman style townhomes and single-family homes. In 2014, Creekside Village Apartments Clubhouse was awarded the USGBC LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver certification, established by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). The project was constructed to minimize traffic, encourage walking and the use of many recreational activities available within the community. The final lots were sold in March 2020.
