Howard Square Townhomes

In 2010, Atapco acquired 43.2 acres fronting on Route 1 in Howard County, Maryland. Atapco redeveloped the property into three components: 424 for–sale townhome lots, which were sold to NVR; Verde West, a 50/50 joint venture with Dolben Companies consisting of 299-LEED Platinum apartments; and Verde East, the final phase of the project, a 90/10 joint venture with Dolben Companies consisting of 344 luxury LEED Platinum apartments and 22,000 square feet of retail space.
