Howard Square

In 2010, Atapco acquired the remnants of the Aladdin Mobile Home Trailer Park, located on 43.2 acres in Howard County, Maryland. The project came with phased approvals for 1,076 residential units, 23.6% of which were restricted for moderate income and a requirement to build retail space. Atapco subdivided the property into three components, the first of which was the Howard Square lot development, made up of 424 for-sale townhomes. Construction on this phase of the project began in 2010 and the last townhome was sold by 2017.
