Clemson Corner

Clemson Corner, sold in December of 2011, was developed as a joint venture between Atapco Properties and Faison Enterprises, Inc. This 400,000 square foot Class-A regional shopping center, situated on 37 acres of land at the heavily traveled intersection of U.S. Route 15, state Route 26, state Route 355 in Frederick, Maryland, allows for easy access and high visibility. Pervious concrete paving was used throughout the site to manage stormwater, filter, and recharge the groundwater. In addition to Wegmans, Marshall’s and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, the shopping center contains over 40,000 square feet of Class-A retail shops and pad sites.
