The Shoppes at East Gate

The Shoppes at East Gate, adjacent to East Gate Marketplace, started as part of a 175-acre project located on U.S. Route 50 in Loudoun County, Virginia, south of Dulles International Airport. The Shoppes include a six-tenant building along with Zaxby’s, Royal Farms, Valvoline, and a preschool. Atapco initiated construction on the Shoppes in January 2018 and completed the project one year later. Atapco sold the Shoppes at East Gate in 2022.
